Application:

These cables are suited for medium mechanical stress in damp and wet environments such as refrigerators, washing machines, spin dryers and other appliances, as long as it meets applicable equipment specifications. These cables are also suited for cooking and heating apparatus, provided that the cable does not come into direct contact with the hot parts of the apparatus or with any other heat source. Further applications of this cable include: Fixed installation in furniture, partition walls, decorative covering, and in the hollow spaces of prefabricated building parts. They are not suitable for outdoor use, industrial (except clothing manufacture) or farming applications.

Standard:

PVC self-extinguishing and flame retardant according to VDE 0482-332-1-2, DIN EN 60332-1-2 / IEC 60332-1 (equivalent DIN VDE 0472 part 804 test method B)

The materials used in manufacture are cadmium-free, contain no silicone and are free from substances harmful to the wetting properties of lacquers

Construction:

1) Bare copper, fine wire conductor bunch stranded to DIN VDE 0295 cl. 5, BS 6360 cl. 5, IEC 60228 cl. 5 and HD 383

2) PVC conductor insulation TI2 to DIN VDE 0281 part 1

3) Conductors color coded to DIN VDE 0293-308

4) Green-yellow grounding (3 conductors and above)

5) Conductors stranded in layers with optimal lay-length

6) PVC outer jacket TM2 to DIN VDE 0281 part 1

7) PVC outer jacket color: white or black

8) Other special characteristics: Design and manufacture according to the requirements of customers.

Service performance:

1) G = with green-yellow grounding
     x = without green-yellow grounding

2) AWG sizes are approximate equivalent values. The actual cross-section is in mm².

3) These types are also available with UL-approval

4) The above list contains a selection of the types we have in stock, other sizes on request

5) Cables with 7 conductors are only available as "A" type
